Hi, I love the X-Files and I think the creepiest episode is the one with the family of boys that keep their mother under the bed and were inbreeding so much, they were mutating. Does anyone know which episode/season that is?

That was "Home." Probably the most notorious of the XF episodes. It was considered so offensive that some places wouldn't show it.

Blech. I remember that one. Offensive yes, creepy, definately. But then... that's what the X-Files was *supposed* to be, right?? *shrug*

I believe that 'Home' was shown during the fourth season. It's also my favorite episode. I thought it was brilliant. I'm so glad someone else enjoyed it, too.

Yes, it was rather gruesome and although good, it wasn't a favorite of mine because it was Nickless. My favorites required a Krycek appearance at least in one scene.

"Home" is a shocking episode---I love it. But the best episodes are the Krycek ones.
